Savji Mutton (Special Nagpur)
Ingredients:- Mutton 1 kg
Grate 1 1/2 cups dry coconut
Sesame seeds, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, black spices, 2 tbsp each
Coriander 1/4 cup

bay leaf 2
Turmeric 1 1/2 tsp
Red chilli as per taste (1/3 cup)
whole garlic paste 1/4 cup
Onion 6+2
Coriander 1 bunch
Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
like a lost taste
oil 2 bowls

Method:- First of all wash the mutton, cool it and apply 1/2 ginger garlic paste and leave it for 1/2 hour.
Dry roast all the ingredients like coconut, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, cumin seeds, green coriander, garam masala and add 1/4th coriander.
Cut 6 earrings finely, fry them in a little oil until they turn red and grind them.

– Add water in mutton cooker and cook till 3 whistles
Heat oil and add bay leaves, 2 finely chopped onions and let them brown.
Add 1/4 chopped coriander
Add chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes
Add coconut pieces and let the oil separate
Add chilli, turmeric, black masala
– Add mutton pieces and fry for 10 minutes.
Add cooked mutton and add water as required
Add salt
Let it boil for 2-3 minutes
Add finely chopped coriander on top
eat with warm bread
