– Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
– Asafoetida (Hing): 1/4 tsp
– salt to taste
– Peanut oil: 1 teaspoon
– Eno (Fruit Salt): 1 tsp
– Water: 2 spoons
– Peanut oil: 2 teaspoons
– Garlic: 10-12 cloves
– salt to taste
– Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
– Kashmiri red chilli powder: 2 teaspoons
– Coriander cumin powder (Dhaniya Jeera Powder): 1 teaspoon
– Curd: 1-2 spoons
– Water: 1/4 cup

Sesame seeds: 1/4 cup
Rice flour: 1/2 cup
Ginger chilli paste: 1 tbsp
Curd: 1/2 cup
Water: 1 cup
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida: 1/4 tsp

Peanut oil: 1 tbsp
Eno: 1 tbsp
Water: 2 tbsp
*Sprinkle red chilli powder*
Garlic: 10-12 pcs.
salt to taste*
Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Peanut oil: 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder: 2 teaspoons
Coriander cumin powder: 1 tbsp
salt to taste*
Curd: 1-2 tbsp
1/4 cup water
