Mirchi Kharda – Food


chilli powder

20-25 green chillies,
9 to 10 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oil

1) Remove stems from chillies and peel garlic. – Keep the pan hot. Add 2-3 spoons of water, add chilli and garlic and steam on low flame for about 5 minutes.
2) After steaming the chilli-garlic, remove the lid and dry it. When it cools down, add salt to it and grind it in a bowl.
3) Heat oil and fry the batter for some time.
