Material :-
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup semolina
half cup gram flour
a pinch of baking soda
half teaspoon cardamom powder
half teaspoon nutmeg powder
half cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
chopped almonds and pistachios

Action :-
– First of all, take the butter out of the refrigerator and let it soften. – Add sugar to this soft butter and beat both together for 5 minutes. – Mix all the dry ingredients except almonds and pistachios. Add this dried ginseng to the butter and sugar mixture and knead it into a fine ball. Make small flat balls of this dough and apply almonds and pistachios on it. Preheat the oven to 350 and place the balls on a baking tray at different distances. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Crispy Nankhatais are ready, this quantity will make 20 to 22 Nankhatais.
