Solkadhi – Solkadhi


Give coconut milk 3 bowls, garlic 3-4 cloves, kokum water 1/2 teaspoon, green chillies.
Eat a coconut. Mix dry coconut, garlic cloves and green chillies in the mixer. Take out the milk from the mixture, if the kokum agal is not ready then boil the kokum in hot water and extract its juice.
Mix coconut milk, kokuma water and add saindhava to it. This way you will get shellkadhi instantly.
Note:- To protect the curry leaves and garlic from spoiling in the summer season, this vegetable peeled with Saandhav is very digestible and tasty and is also cold.
