Batata Vada – Batata Vada




potato wedges
Material
half kilo potatoes
4 green chillies
curry address
2 tbsp chopped coriander
half teaspoon mustard
one spoon asafoetida
one teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon oil
1 lemon
Salt
1 cup gram flour
1/2 tsp coriander powder
leave a pinch
oil for frying

Peel the potatoes and mash them. Finely chop ginger, green chillies and coriander.
Heat one spoon oil. Add asafoetida, ginger and mustard seeds. When it starts crackling, add curry leaves, green chillies and turmeric.
Now add potatoes and add some salt. ,
– After the potato curry cools down, make small spoon-like balls.
– Mix gram flour, one spoon hot oil, salt and a little water and make a mixture.
When the thick porridge is ready, heat oil for frying.
Dip potato balls in gram flour and fry in oil. When it turns golden red, take it out and keep it warm.
Ready to eat spicy hot vada pav with dry or wet coconut chutney…!
