Yield: 2 to 3 servings

4 medium potatoes
oil for frying
::::For stuffing::::
250 grams cheese
1/2 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste
::::Other Ingredients::::
1/2 cup sweet corn, boiled
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
Great sev for garnish
Green Chutney (optional)

1) Crumble the paneer. Using a little oil, fry on medium flame for half a minute. Remove excess water. Add some salt and chaat masala. – Add chopped coriander and mix well.
2) Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Do not peel the potatoes. Scrape out the center and make some space for the filling.
3) Heat oil in the pan. Fry the potatoes on medium flame. Do not fry them on high flame.
4) Potatoes should be fried until they turn light brown. When the potatoes are hot, put the stuffing inside. Add sweet corn, green chilli, tomato, onion, green chutney and some sev over it. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with tomato ketchup.
