Corn Chowder in English

Time: 20 minutes

½ cup sweet corn
1/4 cup red capsicum, cut into small cubes
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 small potato, peeled and cut into medium cubes
2 to 3 green peas, medium pieces
3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 to 1/2 tsp red chili powder
2 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
2 to 3 teaspoons psyllium, blended
Salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese as desired

1) Steam the sweet corn in the microwave for 2 minutes.
2) Heat butter in a pan. First of all add potatoes in it and take out steam. Then add red capsicum, onion, peas and sweetcorn and mix.
3) Fry for 1-2 minutes and add 2 to 3 bowls of water. Let it boil.
3) Take some water in a bowl and mix flour in it. Pour this mixture into the pan. Let it boil.
4) Add red chilli, salt and black pepper. While the stew is still hot, add the cheese and mix.
Garnish with grated cheese while serving.
5) Serve corn chowder with toasted bread.
