Fenugreek Pea Cream
Only 3 cups fenugreek leaves
1/2 cup peas
6 green chillies
1/2 cup roasted onion tomato paste
1 tbsp butter or ghee
2 black peppers
1 cardamom
1 small cinnamon stick
1/2 cup milk
salt to taste
sugar to taste
2 teaspoons ground sesame seeds
2 spoons cashew paste
1 teaspoon coriander cumin powder
2 spoons fresh cream
1) Heat ghee in a pan, add green chillies and fry for a few seconds. then black pepper, Add cardamom and cinnamon to it and fry until a nice aroma comes out, then add finely chopped onion and fry on medium flame.
2) Add Elalsan paste to this mixture. Return to medium heat. Add peas in it. Then add chopped fenugreek leaves. Roast fenugreek on medium flame. Do not cover the pan while cooking, The color of fenugreek changes.
3) When the leaves are lightly cooked, add onion tomato paste and cook on low flame. Add salt and sugar as per taste and mix well.
4) Add cashew paste, coriander powder and mix. Then add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream and cook on low flame for some time.
