8 to 10 medium cutlets

Material:
4 medium raw bananas
Grate 1 inch ginger
1/2 teaspoon chopped green chilli
a bowl of chopped coriander
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
15-20 current
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste
Breadcrumbs to coat the outside

Action:
1) Cut each banana into 2 pieces. Cook the salad in the cooker till 3 whistles. When the banana is ripe, remove its peel and grate it from inside.
2) Add ginger, chilli, coriander, coriander powder, chaat masala, garam masala, 1/2 cup bread crumbs and salt to the grated banana and knead it.
4) Make tablets the size of small lemons. -Put 1-2 raisins inside and make cutlets. Dip the cutlets in bread crumbs with a little water.
Fry in hot oil on medium flame.
Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

Comment:
1) Bread crumbs can also be made from brown bread. Dry the brown bread in the sun and grind it in a mixer.
