Healthy Smoothie Recipes:
– Soak 1/2 cup oats in water for 10 minutes.
– 1 apple
– 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
– 2 dates
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1 teaspoon chia seeds
– 1 cup milk
Soak oats in water.
Clean and cut the apple.
Combine oats, apple, cinnamon powder, dates, chia seeds and honey in a blender.
Mix and match.
Serve smoothie!
