Banana Flower Vegetable

Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 bowl gram dal (boiled), 1 teaspoon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 onion, chilli powder as per taste, curry leaves oil, salt.

Action: First of all clean and peel the banana flowers. Remove the hard part from the top and wash the remaining part and chop it finely. – Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and green coriander and fry them. it’s okay
Add chopped onion and fry. Then add boiled gram dal and chopped banana flowers, salt, turmeric and chilli and fry for 10-15 minutes. Delicious bhaji is ready, serve it at meal time or with chapatti.
