Material:
6 bread slices
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
::::For Veg Patty::::
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup French beans, chopped
1 medium potato, boiled and peeled
breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons chopped ginger-garlic
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 cup coriander, finely chopped
2 pinch turmeric
salt to taste
::::Other Ingredients::::
cheese slices or grated cheese
butter

Method:
1) Apply butter on both sides of the bread or slices. Keep them on the pan on low flame. When we prepare the patties they will be toasted.
2) Steam the carrots and French beans. Cut them finely with a knife. Heat oil in a pan. Add turmeric powder, ginger and garlic. Fry for a few seconds. Add coriander, minced French beans and carrots and mashed potatoes. Add some salt and mix well. Put in another bowl.
3) Let this mixture cool. Add enough bread crumbs. Prepare medium sized patties. Wrap it with bread pieces and deep fry in oil.
4) Apply some butter on a toast. Arrange cucumbers and tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place second bread on top. Apply some mayo. Place the fried patty on top of the second bread toast. Place a slice of cheese after the third toast of bread.
Prepare another sandwich using the same process. Cut diagonally and serve with tomato ketchup.
