• 3/4 cup milk

• 3/4 cup powdered sugar

• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups flour

Let us see today how to make easy and simple chocolate cake. We have already seen some chocolate cake recipes. But this is one of the easiest methods. I am also sharing the exact measurements. This cake turns out nice, fluffy, soft and spongy. You can demould it easily. It has a nice perforated texture and is lightweight. It requires very few ingredients. • 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup oil
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 2~3 drops vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• Chopped walnuts (optional)

• Mix milk, oil, sugar and vanilla essence together well and add baking powder and baking soda.
mix well.
• Instead of oil, you can use butter or ghee.
• If you are using ghee then use a little less than 1/4 cup.
• Instead of baking powder and baking soda, you can use 1 teaspoon Eno fruit salt.
• Sift flour and cocoa powder into the wet mixture and mix quickly.
• Make sure you mix it in the same direction.
• Add walnuts and mix well. Adding walnuts is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Or you can use almonds or cashews or chocolate chips instead of walnuts.
• Line a tray with butter paper and pour the cake batter into it.
• Garnish with walnuts and pat the tray well.
• Remove the ring from the cooker and close the lid.
• Preheat the cooker on high flame for 5 minutes.
• If you wish, you can apply a thin layer of salt on the base.
• Place a stand on the base and place the cake tin on it.
• Instead of a stand, you can use an empty vessel.
• Bake the cake on low to medium heat for about 40 minutes.
• Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Bake the cake at 180 dec C for about 40-45 minutes.
• Check with a tooth pick. If it comes out clean it means that the cake has been baked well.
• Take out the tin and let it cool completely.
• Loosen the edges with the help of a knife and turn it into a dish.
• Take out the butter paper and cut it into pieces. Chocolate cake is ready.
