For 2 to 3 persons

4 potatoes (raw)
oil for frying
for stuffing
250 grams cheese
1/2 tsp chaat masala
a little salt
Other Ingredients:
1/2 cup sweet corn, boiled
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes, cut into medium pieces
fine shavings for decoration
A little green chutney (optional)

1) Grate the cheese. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan on low flame and add paneer to it. Return in seconds. Turn off the flame. – Remove some water from the paneer. Then add some salt and chaat masala. Add chopped coriander. Mixture.
2) Cut the potato straight from the middle and divide it into two equal parts. Do not peel. Cut the potato from the middle with a spoon and make a bowl like shape.
3) Heat oil. Fry potatoes in it on medium flame. – Do not keep the flame too high because the potatoes do not get fried properly and remain raw.
4) Fry the potatoes until slightly red. – Add cheese stuffing in it only when it is hot. Add sweetcorn, some chilli, onion, tomato, green chutney and a little shava on top. Add some coriander and serve with tomato ketchup.
