tomato curry
Material:
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon oil
For cracking: private spoon Cumin, a pinch of asafoetida, Little Turmeric, 2-3 curry leaves
2 green chillies, cut vertically
half teaspoon ginger paste
1 spoon Jaggery
salt to taste
Coriander Action:
– Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric, – Add curry leaves and chilli and fry. Add ginger paste and fry for a few seconds. Add chopped onion in it. -Add some salt and fry the onion.
When the onion is cooked, add chopped tomatoes to it and stir. Place the lid on medium flame and let the tomatoes cook. When tomatoes are half cooked, add jaggery. Mix the ingredients and let the tomatoes cook. Add salt as required. Add green coriander.
