Boondi Ladoo

Time: 30 to 40 minutes
Yield: 8 medium ladles

Material:
1 cup gram flour
1 cup sugar
cardamom powder
Saffron
Ghee or oil for frying
Two jars for boondi and frying

Action:
1) Add 1 teaspoon ghee in gram flour. Add water and soak the flour medium. The dough should neither be thick nor thin. Do not leave any lumps.
2) Heat ghee in a pan and keep it on medium flame.
3) Put a little of the soaked flour in the pan. Blocks must be broken. Once the boondi is fried, the boondi should be taken out from the ghee from another jar. Draw a picture on paper.
4) Clean off the flour stuck to the zara with your hands and wash and wipe the zara. Repeating the same process, fry all the boondi.
5) Make Ektari Pak by mixing sugar with enough water to dissolve it. Add cardamom and saffron to the mixture. – Add boondi in the pan and stir. Keep stirring the mixture occasionally. The ladle should be rotated if the paste is absorbed.
