Club Sandwich in English

Time: 25 minutes
Capacity: For 2 persons

Material:
6 bread slices
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
salt and pepper
2 tbsp mayonnaise
::::For Veg Patty::::
1/2 cup carrot pieces
1/2 cup chopped green peas
1 medium potato
breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger-garlic
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 cup chopped coriander
2 pinch turmeric
salt to taste
Other Ingredients:
cheese slices or grated cheese
butter or butter

Action:
1) Steam cook carrots and peas. Suri should be proud of this. – Heat oil in a pan and first fry turmeric and ginger-garlic in it. Then add green coriander. Mash the peas and carrots and add the mashed potatoes. Add salt and mix. Take out in another bowl.
2) Add some breadcrumbs to this mixture. Mix and make medium sized flat patties. Mix bread crumbs and fry.
3) Bake the bread slices on a non-stick pan on low flame by applying butter on both sides.
4) Apply some butter on a piece of toast. Place cucumber and tomato on it. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. Place another slice of bread on top of the toast. Put some mayonnaise on it. Add fried patty on top. – Add a piece of cheese or grated cheese on top of it. Make a sandwich by placing the third piece of bread on top. Prepare another sandwich in the same manner.
Serve with tomato ketchup.

Comment:
1) If you want, add some chilli coriander chutney to it for better taste.
