Peanut Solapuri Chutney

Material :-
Roasted peanuts 1 kg (without peel)
garlic cloves 10
chilli 5 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
half cup peanut oil

– Take roasted peanuts, garlic, chilli, salt and one tablespoon peanut oil in a pan and fry for some time on low flame. When it mixes well, turn off the gas. While it is still hot, stir it twice in the mixer. Take out a little bit from the half cooked portion and keep it aside. Put some garlic in the mixer. Now grind it finely in the mixer. Add one spoon peanut oil in it. Start the mixer again.
Sweet and sour peanut chutney is ready. After keeping it like this for half an hour, this oil goes away.
tip :-
While eating this chutney, add curd also.
