Traditional Recipe Ingredients to Make Cabbage Bhanole
• 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 2 tbsp grated wet coconut
• Finely chopped coriander
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• salt to taste
• Crushed green chilli as per taste
• 1 teaspoon red chilli
• Gram flour as required
• Oil as per requirement

Let us see today how to make the traditional recipe Kobiche Bhanole. This is an old Marathi recipe commonly made in CKP households. So basically, this is a CKP special recipe. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It turns out nice and crispy. You can do it in a moment. If you are bored of eating Kobichi Bhaji or Paratha or Vadi then this is the best recipe for you. You will not even know that these are made from kobi or cabbage. People who don’t like Kobe will love this!! It is a good breakfast or snack option. Traditionally Bhanole was cooked on a coal stove. Coals were placed on the pot to obtain equal heat from all sides. But today we will bake them in a pan with a twist and try to retain its taste and flavour. Material:
• 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
• Coriander leaves finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• Green chilli paste as per taste
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
• Gram flour as required
• Oil as per requirement

Method:
• Mix cabbage, onion, coconut, coriander leaves, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
Mix salt, green chilli paste and red chilli powder well with hands.
• Crush it a little so that the moisture from the vegetables comes out.
• Add gram flour and mix well. Avoid using water.
• Add just enough gram flour so that the mixture sticks well. the dough should be soft
Stability.
• Heat a pan on medium flame and spread oil on it.
• Take small balls of dough and roll them into thalipeeth in the pan itself. there are few bhanole
thick
• Make them as smooth and uniform as possible and smooth the edges with a
spoon.
• Cover it and fry it well on medium flame for about 7-8 minutes.
• When the lower surface is cooked well, apply oil on the upper surface and turn the Bhanola and take it out in a vessel.
• Put the Bhanole back in the pan and cover it.
• Fry the Bhanole well from the bottom side also.
• When the Bhanola gets cooked well from both the sides, take it out on a wire rack. kobiche bhanole hain
Ready.
• You can pack it in children’s lunch boxes.
• Serve it with chutney or sauce or just like that.
