This is a very easy and simple recipe. It turns out nice and crispy. You can do it in a moment. If you are bored of eating Kobichi Bhaji or Paratha or Vadi then this is the best recipe for you. You will not even know that these are made from kobi or cabbage. People who don’t like Kobe will love this!! It is a good breakfast or snack option. Traditionally Bhanole was cooked on a coal stove. Coals were placed on the pot to obtain equal heat from all sides. But today we will bake them in a pan with a twist and try to retain its taste and flavour.
