• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup water
• salt to taste
• black pepper
• Green chilli finely chopped
• Finely chopped coriander
• 1/4 cup wheat flour
• olive oil
• red chilli
• Spice
• sweet corn

Let’s make healthy and tasty egg paratha today. This is a very easy and simple recipe. It is also rich in protein, carbohydrates and fiber!! In short it can be a one pot meal!! You can have it for breakfast or as an anytime snack or a good option for kids’ lunch boxes. Although we are making paratha, we are not kneading the dough. Are you surprised? But, yes, I will tell you how to do it!! Another thing is that you can keep the batter ready the night before and make the parathas the next morning!! How does it feel? interesting? It not only looks good but also tastes amazing. This egg paratha does not require many ingredients. You can make it with very few ingredients that are easily available in your pantry. Material:
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup water
• salt to taste
• Green chilli finely chopped
• freshly ground black pepper
• Coriander leaves finely chopped
• 1/4 cup wheat flour
• olive oil
• chilli powder
• Spice
• sweet corn
• Tomatoes finely chopped
• Finely chopped onion
• Capsicum finely chopped

Method:
• Break the egg in a bowl and add water, salt, green chilli, black pepper powder and green coriander.
• Beat the mixture well.
• Add wheat flour and mix everything well.
• If you find the batter thick then add 1-2 teaspoons of water. The batter should have a flowing consistency.
• Heat a pan on medium flame and grease it well with oil.
• You can use any other refined oil instead of olive oil.
• Mix the batter well once and pour a ladleful of batter in the pan.
• Spread it a little and sprinkle red chilli powder, chaat masala, sweet corn, tomatoes, onion and
Capsicum.
• Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder on the vegetables.
• You can use vegetables of your choice and spices as per your taste.
• When the lower surface is cooked well, turn the paratha and cook the other side also.
• When the paratha is cooked well from both the sides, take it out on a wire rack. egg paratha is
Ready.
• You can eat it as is or with any sauce or chutney.
• You can make 2 parathas with the proportions we have used.
