Ingredients required to make Traditional Recipe Pils Aamti
• 1 cup gram flour
• 4~5 pieces of green chilli
• 1 small piece of tamarind
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• salt to taste
• Water as required
• a little oil
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 2~3 dry red chillies
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• curry leaves
• A pinch of asafoetida
• boiling hot water
• salt to taste
• 1 glass coconut milk
• Sugar to taste
• Finely chopped coriander

Let us see today how to make the traditional recipe Golyanchi Amti. This Khandeshi Golyanchi is completely different from Amti. This recipe is a special recipe of our guest’s grandmother. In ancient times, this Amti was made especially for guests. There is no need of onion and garlic in this recipe!! Besides, coconut milk is also used in this Amti. This can be a nice change to your regular Amti. This kadhi is similar to a ball. It not only looks attractive but is also delicious in taste. Material:
• 1 cup gram flour
• 5~6 pieces of green chilli
• 1 small piece of tamarind
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• Water as required
• a little oil
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 2~3 dry red chillies
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• curry leaves
• A pinch of asafoetida
• Boil hot water as needed
• salt to taste
• 1 glass coconut milk
• Sugar to taste
• Coriander leaves finely chopped

Method:
• Make a thick paste by grinding green chillies and tamarind in a mortar and pestle. You can blend it in a mixer

• Mix gram flour, green chilli-tamarind paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Mix well and add water and knead a stiff dough.
• Apply some oil on the dough and make small balls of the dough.
• Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds crackle, add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
• Add dry red chilli, turmeric powder, curry leaves, asafoetida, hot water and salt and mix well.
• When the water starts boiling, put the gram flour balls in it.
• Cover the gram flour balls and steam them on medium flame for about 5-7 minutes until cooked.
Well.
• Check with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it means that the gram flour balls have been cooked well.
• Add coconut milk and mix well.
• When the mixture starts boiling, add sugar and green coriander and mix well.
• Cover the mixture and steam it for about 2 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and Golyanchi Amti is ready.
• You can eat it as is or with rice. It also tastes good with rice.
