In this video I am going to tell you how to make rasam premix which can be stored for a long time so that you can make this hotel style rasam in just 2 minutes whenever you want. The process of making this rasam ready mix is simple and with this rasam masala you can just add a teaspoon of the pre-mix to boiling water to make absolutely delicious hotel rasam.
Material:
Arhar dal – 1/4 cup
Chana dal – 2 tbsp
Urad dal – 1 tablespoon
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/4 cup
Dry red chilli – 4
Curry leaves – a handful
Cooking oil – 3 tbsp

Asafoetida – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1 tablespoon
