Material:

2 cups cooked rice
For tempering: 2-3 oil, 2 pinch asafoetida, 1/4 tsp turmeric, curry leaves, 2-3 green chillies
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup carrot pieces
1 cup curd
salt to taste
coriander for decoration

Method:
1) Mix rice and curd together. Add salt as per taste.
2) Heat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida, turmeric powder, curry leaves and chilli. Add peas and carrot pieces. Cover and cook on low flame.
3) Once the carrots and peas are cooked, take out the masala in a bowl. When it cools down, mix it in curd rice.
Mixture. mix well.

1) The taste of curd should not be sour.
