Material:
2 bowls brown rice
For sprinkling: 2-3 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp asafoetida, 1/2 tsp turmeric, curry leaves, 2-3 green chillies
1/4 cup peas, 1/4 cup carrots
½ to 1 cup curd
salt to taste
Coriander
Action:
1) Mix rice and curd. Add salt as per taste.
2) Cut the carrots into small pieces.
3) Heat oil in a pan and crackle it. Add peas and carrots to the pan. Steam on low flame.
4) Keep this batter in a big bowl. – Add mixed curd rice in it. mix well.
Comment:
1) Curd should be sweet.
