Red capsicum – 1 cup
Yellow capsicum – 1 cup

Broccoli – 1 bowl
Paneer – 200 grams

Red chilli flakes – 1 teaspoon

Method

1. Put oil in a pan and heat it.
2. Add chopped garlic and fry for a few seconds.
3. Add carrots, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, onion and mix well.
4. After this add broccoli pieces, mix well and fry while stirring for about 3 minutes.
5. Add the paneer pieces and mix everything gently.
6. To make masala, add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and soy sauce.
7. Mix everything well and add some water. Mix again.
8. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the vegetables and cheese on low flame for 5 minutes.
9. After 5 minutes, add chopped green onion and mix well.
