Chicken Vada (Malwani)

one kilo chicken
Three large finely chopped onions.
A big bowl of garlic.
Half bowl chopped ginger.
Two spoons turmeric.
A bowl of Malvani masala.
One spoon coriander.
4-5 cloves.
8-9 black pepper.
One medium sized chopped onion.
Finely chopped coriander.
Half bowl coconut shavings.

Action :-
First of all make ginger-garlic paste, wash the chicken, add the paste and turmeric and marinate it for half an hour.
– Heat oil in a pan, then add finely chopped onion and fry until soft. Later
– Add marinated chicken in it, add Malvani masala and fry well, add water and cook well.
– Pour some oil in a pan and first fry green coriander, cloves and chopped red onion.
Fry until brown. Then add peeled coconut to it and fry it till it turns red. Grind all this finely in the mixer.
When the chicken is cooked, add this grated coconut masala to it.
Let it come. Add finely chopped coriander into it. While serving, sprinkle some coriander on top for decoration.
Malvani should be eaten with Vada

1 kg coarse rice
a bowl of urad dal
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
salt to taste

To prepare the batter:
Wash and dry the rice. Dry roast urad dal, coriander and fenugreek and grind them.

Take required amount of flour in a plate or pan, add hot water (equal water to normal flour) and cover. Then after it cools down after some time, add salt and knead it.
This kneaded dough was kept wrapped in a clean cloth.
Take a thick plastic bag and make a small ball on it. – First of all heat oil on one side.
Now flatten these balls.
If necessary, make a hole in the middle.
– Now add oil and fry until golden
